JOB OVERVIEW

Brand Designer — Part-Time | Remote | $7.50/hr

We're The Photo Mentorship (TPM) — an online photography education company with ~2,000 active members, 57 courses, and a brand built around one of the most recognizable names in photography education. We're looking for a Brand Designer to own the visual identity of everything we make.

This is not a support role.

You'll work directly under our Head of Content, who will assign projects and trust you to execute — with minimal direction. He doesn't have bandwidth to manage your creative process. You take a brief, understand the brand, and deliver.

What you'll own:

Everything visual. That includes:
Course art and educational graphics
Thumbnails for YouTube, courses, and social
Social media post designs

Email
designs
Sales page assets and layouts
Blog and PDF assets
Product mockups
Keynote presentations
Logo and icon design for new products and sub-brands

Who you are:

You have a portfolio that makes us stop scrolling. It's organized, clean, and shows range — not just one type of work. You can point to a piece and explain the decisions behind it. You understand visual hierarchy, typography, and color — not just as aesthetic choices, but as communication tools.

You're fast. You're organized. You take feedback without ego and don't need to be chased for status updates.
You know Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) at a professional level. You either already work in Figma or you're ready to learn it — because that's where all of our assets live. Figma proficiency is a major plus — if you live in Figma, say so.

What we're NOT looking for:

Someone who needs heavy creative direction on every project. Someone whose portfolio is mostly Canva templates. Someone who disappears when the work gets hard.

The details:

Part-time, 20 hours/week — with potential to grow to full-time for the right person
Remote — Philippines
We're a North America-based company; North American time zone overlap is preferred but negotiable
Pay: $7.50/hour
Figma proficiency is a major plus — if you live in Figma, say so
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) at a professional level
Reports to: Head of Content Ops
Start date: ASAP
