Bookkeeping Assistant

I am seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeping assistant to support a bookkeeping business that primarily serves rental property owners.

Requirements:

- Prior bookkeeping experience is required through employment, coursework, certification, training, or education.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is strongly preferred.
- Applicants will be questioned on basic bookkeeping concepts and QuickBooks Online during the interview process.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Accuracy is more important than speed.
- Must follow written and video instructions exactly.
- All training videos must be watched in full. Skimming training materials is not acceptable.
- Must be dependable, professional, coachable, and willing to learn.

Work Schedule:

- Hours will vary based on workload and business needs.
- Flexibility is required. Work may be assigned during your daytime or evening hours.
- This position is best suited for someone who can adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Compensation:

- This is a per-job position, not an hourly position.
- Training work is compensated at a lower rate than production work.
