Title: Full-time Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant


We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join the team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations of the business. The ideal candidate MUST have the experience with Servicemate and Xero, and a strong ability to manage various accounting tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Accurately input financial data into accounting systems.

Reconciliation:
Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate.

Profit and Loss Reporting:
Generate detailed profit and loss reports for individual jobs to assist with performance evaluation.

Supplier Invoices:
Process and manage supplier invoices efficiently.

Purchase Order Matching:
Match purchase orders to invoices to ensure accurate financial tracking.


Qualifications:
Proficiency in Servicemate (required).
Experience with Xero accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
