Bookkeeper (E-commerce experience)

We're looking for a Bookkeeper to support accounting operations within e-commerce. This role is responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll support, and assisting with month-end close.

Responsibilities:
Code daily transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage accounts payable processes ( ---------- , bill runs)
Record payroll entries and accruals
Support month-end close activities
Assist with financial reporting and client deliverables
Communicate with clients via Slack and email
Participate in client calls (support role, not leading)

Requirements
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Hands-on experience with: Accounts Payable (AP), payroll processing and journal entries, account reconciliations
Experience supporting month-end close
Strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience
Strong Excel skills (comfortable with formulas, data handling)
Proven experience with AP and payroll
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)
E-commerce accounting experience (Shopify, Amazon)
Deep experience with Shopify/Amazon reconciliations
Exposure to inventory accounting (ownership not required)
