We are looking for a long-term part-time bookkeeper ASAP to help us organize and manage our business finances.
Since September 2024, our A.I business has operated without formal bookkeeping. Most transactions were done through personal accounts, but we are now ready to clean everything up and set up proper records.
Work Needed:
? Phase 1 - Clean-Up
- Review transactions from September 2024 to March 2025.
- Identify which transactions are for business and which are personal.
- Organize and prepare basic financial reports (Profit & Loss, etc.).
- Rebuild our books in accounting software.
? Phase 2 - Monthly Bookkeeping (Ongoing)
- Record monthly income and expenses.
- Prepare simple monthly reports.
- Keep our books clean and organized moving forward.
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping experience (preferably for small businesses or service businesses).
- Experience in cleaning and organizing books where there was no formal bookkeeping.
- Knows how to use QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Can work independently and communicate well.
- Attention to detail.
Work Hours:
- Initial Cleanup: Estimated 40-60 hours (can be spread across 2-4 weeks).
- Ongoing: Around 5-8 hours/month.
