Our Bookkeeper plays a critical role in the financial health and success of our company.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Must work U.S. Pacific Time hours
• Must be on camera throughout the shift for team collaboration
• Must have a quiet, private workspace with no interruptions
• Must have a reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet connection
• Must have extensive experience using QuickBooks Online
• Must be willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement and NDA
• Must be dependable, responsive, and available during working hours

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION

We are looking for a real Bookkeeper who understands accounting fundamentals and can confidently manage financial records with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management
• Payroll support and tracking
• Generate and review Profit & Loss Statements
• Prepare Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Reports
• Organize and categorize transactions accurately
• Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively
• Assist with month-end and year-end bookkeeping activities
• Support tax preparation and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Communicate regularly with U.S.-based management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong QuickBooks Online experience
• Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or related field preferred
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles
• Strong reconciliation experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
