AI company is a Sydney-based AI and data intelligence company preparing for an investment round. Our Xero file is mostly cleaned up - we need an experienced bookkeeper to finish the job, fast and accurately.
The project

Recode ~1,200 remaining transactions - these were entered via cash coding and need to be correctly categorised, consistent with the coding already applied to the rest of the file
Verify accuracy - the priority is correctness, not just speed; GST coding must be right
Reconcile invoices - mark off paid sales invoices against payments received, identify what's outstanding also to be able to delete
Flag issues - a short end-of-day summary of anything unusual: duplicates, items you couldn't confidently code, missing info
Add expenses from other bank accounts also

Requirements

Available NOW - free for a full working day within the next 24 hours
3+ years Xero experience including high-volume recoding work
Australian GST experience essential
Strong written English - all communication in writing
Works fast without sacrificing accuracy - this file is going in front of investors
