We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, reconciling accounts, and identifying discrepancies to ensure the integrity of our financial data.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with QuickBooks Online, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
(8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST may be considered for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial records.
Review financial transactions and identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies.
Investigate and resolve accounting issues independently and efficiently.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure all financial data is up to date.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and supporting documentation as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping.
Ensure compliance with established accounting procedures and internal controls.
Support continuous improvement of financial and accounting workflows.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or similar accounting role.
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (Required).
Experience handling both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies independently.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Gmail, Google Workspace, and cloud-based business applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Goflow.
Previous experience in e-commerce, distribution, wholesale, or inventory-based businesses.
Familiarity with integrated accounting, inventory, and operational systems.
Experience working with multi-channel sales platforms is a plus.
