US Power Solar is looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with our U.S.-based team.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Must work U.S. Pacific Time hours
Must be comfortable being ON CAMERA throughout the workday for Zoom collaboration with management and tea ---------- mbers
Must have a quiet, private workspace with NO interruptions during working hours
Must have a reliable computer/laptop, phone, and high-speed internet connection
Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Must have real bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online

US Power Solar is a Los Angeles-based solar and roofing company. We are growing quickly and looking for long-term tea ---------- mbers who are dependable, proactive, and take ownership of their work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
• Generate monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Organize and categorize transactions and expenses
• Assist with invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Communicate regularly with our U.S.-based leadership team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong QuickBooks Online experience
Bookkeeping, accounting, or finance background
Excellent attention to detail
Strong math and analytical skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

Experience working with U.S.-based companies
Experience in the solar, construction, roofing, or home services industries
Experience with financial automation and process improvement
