I’m a speaker, performer, and educator who helps experts become magnetic on stage and turn audiences into paying clients. My work spans keynotes, emceeing, workshops, podcast interviews, and live events.
I’m hiring someone to own booking outreach and opportunity generation so I can spend more time on stages and less time chasing them.

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS
You are responsible for finding, qualifying, pitching, and tracking speaking and appearance opportunities.
You are not just sending
You are building a pipeline of booked stages.
Your success will be measured by:
• Qualified opportunities generated
• Conversations started
• Bookings secured
• Revenue influenced
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Opportunity Sourcing
• Research events, conferences, podcasts, stages, and hosts
• Identify decision makers and contact info
• Build and maintain outreach databases
• Prioritize high-value opportunities
Outreach Execution
• Send personalized pitches
• Follow up consistently
• Track responses and conversations
• Adjust messaging based on results
Booking Pipeline Management
• Maintain CRM or tracking sheet
• Track stage status from prospect ? booked ? completed
• Flag hot leads and urgent replies
• Prepare summaries before calls or negotiations
Positioning Intelligence
• Identify which stages are most aligned with brand growth
• Spot partnership or collaboration opportunities
• Recommend outreach angles
• Track which messaging converts best
WHO THIS IS FOR
