Book Formatter & Designer (Long-Term, Revenue Share Possible)

We are looking for a creative and motivated Book Formatter & Designer to join our publishing business. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential, and we offer revenue-sharing options based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Format and design existing books using Canva.
Translate books (French to English, Spanish, German) using AI tools.
Create book covers and adapt designs based on market trends.
Develop new books using provided content.
Research competitors and suggest design improvements.
Use our internal tools to streamline the editing process.

Requirements:
Experience in book formatting or design.
Understand French
(Speak French is very attractive)
Proficiency in Canva (mandatory, no Photoshop).
Interest in AI tools and automation.
Basic translation skills (English, Spanish, German are a plus).
Portfolio preferred or a short explanation of why you’re a great fit.
