Blockchain Developer for Solana-Based Token Reward & Burn Dashboard

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled blockchain developer with strong Solana programming experience to build a functional, automated system that tracks token holders, distributes rewards, and performs automatic token burns. This role requires expertise in Solana smart contracts (Rust) and web-based dashboard development.
The developer will set up both backend logic and a front-facing dashboard to display real-time data from the Solana blockchain. This is a freelance or contract-based position with potential for future collaboration based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a web-based dashboard that displays token holder data and real-time blockchain activity.


Write Solana smart contracts (Rust) to:


Automatically identify wallet addresses holding between 5,000 and 150,000 tokens


Trigger and execute reward distribution to eligible holders


Perform scheduled or condition-based token burns


Ensure system security, performance, and full compatibility with the Solana blockchain.


Integrate real-time on-chain data (e.g., token balances, transactions) into the dashboard.


Deliver clean, well-documented code for internal reference and future maintenance.


Technical Requirements:
Proven experience with Solana blockchain development


Proficiency in Rust for smart contract development


Ability to work with wallet APIs and interact with Solana RPC nodes


Experience building dashboards using React, Vue, or similar web frameworks


Solid understanding of token economics, especially automated reward and burn systems


Ability to connect backend automation with user-friendly frontend UI


Nice to Have:
Familiarity with DeFi protocols and DEX integrations


Experience implementing airdrop or token holder tracking systems


Background in automated staking, farming, or loyalty reward features
