We’re hiring a Bilingual Trainer who can speak both Chinese (Mandarin) and English fluently to provide product training for our sales team. This is a remote, flexible, long-term role with opportunities to grow as our team expands. If you’re skilled in communication and enjoy explaining technical topics clearly, this role could be perfect for you.
What You’ll Do
-Learn directly from our Chinese technical staff about our electric motorcycles (features, parameters, and power configurations).
-Deliver online training sessions in English to the sales team.
-Break down technical topics into clear, simple explanations.
-Guide and answer questions during training.
-Provide training whenever new sales agents join, ensuring everyone is up to speed.
What We’re Looking For
-Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (speaking, reading, and understanding).
-Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
-Comfortable studying technical material and presenting it clearly.
-Interest in technology and e-mobility (no prior expertise required).
-Reliable and consistent, with strong commitment to agreed schedules.
-Experience in training, teaching, or tutoring is a plus but not required.
Work Setup & Payment

-Payment will be based on the number of sessions and total training hours
