Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests related to healthcare services and medical insurance.
Assist clients in navigating healthcare systems and understanding their benefits.
Utilize knowledge of US healthcare accounts to effectively address customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Minimum of 1 year of medical field work experience, preferably in a US healthcare account.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings, as needed.
