JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a bilingual communicator to help homeowners get fair payouts from their insurance claims — no cold calling, no selling products. You’ll be speaking with insurance companies, gathering documents, and following up to turn a “no” into a “yes.”

This role is perfect if you're fluent in English and Spanish, confident over the phone, and love solving problems for people.

What You’ll Do:

-Call insurance adjusters to follow up and push for full approvals
-Draft clear summaries and documents
-Stay organized while handling multiple cases
-Communicate with our U.S. team and homeowners in both English and Spanish
-Stay persistent, even when things get tough

What We’re Looking For:

-Strong verbal and written English/Spanish
-Comfortable making daily phone calls
-Detail-oriented, reliable with deadlines
-Coachable and open to feedback
-Resilient and resourceful
-Experience in sales, legal support, or customer service is a plus

Pay & Schedule:

$7–9 USD/hour paid weekly
40 hours/week, fixed schedule

Requirements:

-Fluent in English and Spanish
-Able to work full-time remotely with a stable internet connection
-At least 1 years of sales experience (required)
-At least 1 year of customer service or BPO experience (required)
