• Provide actionable insights from reports to help shape future campaigns.
• Manage budgets efficiently while hitting performance targets.

What You Bring:

• A keen eye for spotting trends and patterns to optimize conversions.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel performance.
• Strong organizational skills for juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Comfort working with an LGBTQ+ company and brands committed to representation.

What Makes You a Rockstar:
• Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, or programmatic ad platforms.
• Knowledge of creative performance metrics and ad copy testing.
• Strong communication skills to present data and recommendations clearly.
• Understanding of LGBTQ+ audiences and how to create campaigns that resonate authentically.
