Backoffice support person - technical

We are looking to 2 people, full time to man our online support desk
Queries will come in via ebay, shopify and email

Must have Core technical familiarity (details below)
Experience with shopify and ebay is also required.
Please do not apply if you do not have the above skills/experience

Basic Windows and macOS troubleshooting — boot issues, login problems, slow performance, driver/update problems
Common laptop hardware faults — battery health and charging issues, dead pixels/screen problems, keyboard/trackpad faults, ports not working, overheating
Storage and memory basics — understanding SSD vs HDD, RAM, knowing how a reset/reinstall works
Knowing how to read device specs and identify models, serial numbers, and configurations
Recognizing when something is a software fix versus a hardware return/RMA
