Rate: $5–$8/hour, depending on experience and output

About the Work
We're a multi-business marketing agency managing SEO across B2B and ecommerce sites including TriHaz Solutions (medical waste compliance), Plastic Fusion (industrial geomembranes), Bear Brothers Cleaning, The Trade Table, and Sharps Disposal Containers. We're scaling our backlink outreach operation and looking for 1–2 specialists to source and secure quality placements across our portfolio.

This is a performance-based role — earnings scale with the volume and quality of links you secure. Top performers move into expanded scopes and higher compensation tiers.

This is not a content-writing role. This is sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and securing placements.

We have seen complaints suggesting this is a scam — it is not. We have hired three people for this exact role through this exact process. The trial task exists for one reason: to see your actual skill level. The majority of applicants submit very poor quality links and are removed from the process at this stage, which is exactly the point.

We do not use, build, or benefit from any links submitted during the trial. They are reviewed for quality only. If we do build them, you will be compensated.

How It Works

You source backlink opportunities relevant to one of our businesses
You handle outreach and negotiate terms with the publisher
You send us the offer package for approval (details below)
Once approved, we proceed and the link goes live and gets verified


Backlink Requirements
Every backlink we accept must be:

White-hat only — no PBNs, link farms, or spam networks
Relevant to the business/industry — niche fit matters
A new referring domain — not already in our backlink profile
Live and verified — we don't accept promised links, only live ones
Quality publisher — DR 30+ preferred, must rank for actual industry keywords (not just brand terms)


Offer Package Format
For every opportunity you submit for approval, include:

Website/domain + the exact page where the link will be placed
Placement type (guest post, niche edit, resource page, directory, etc.)
Price/terms (publisher fee, what's included)
Requirements (content length, topic, anchor rules, turnaround time)
Estimated timeline to go live


What You Bring

Existing relationships with publishers in industrial, healthcare/compliance, home services, or ecommerce niches preferred
Knowledge of how to vet a domain (DR, traffic, ranking keywords vs. brand-only ranking)
Strong written outreach skills
Self-directed — we don't hand-feed targets
