Backend Manager for ecommerce brands

We are looking for an experienced Backend Manager to manage operations for multiple ecommerce brands in the branding and fashion dropshipping industry.

This role is for someone who knows exactly what they are doing. We are not looking for beginners. We want someone experienced, proactive, and able to take full ownership of backend operations.

THIS IS NOT A FREELANCE ROLE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO BE PART OF THE TEAM LONG TERM.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH A STRONG WORK ETHIC, READY TO WORK MORE THAN 8 HOURS IF NEEDED AND TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

-Proven experience managing PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks
-Managing Subscriptions
-Experience using tools like Disputifier or similar
-Previous experience working with branding or fashion dropshipping businesses
-EXPERIENCE MANAGING AT LEAST 2 TEA ---------- MBERS
-Knowledge on how to use Sheets
-Experience creating SOPs and structured workflows

REQUIREMENTS (NEARLY A MUST):

-Strong experience with PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks
-Experience with team management and coordination
-HIGHLY PROACTIVE AND RESULTS DRIVEN MINDSET
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work in a fast paced ecommerce environment
