Backend Manager (E-commerce / Dropshipping) — Full Time

We are a growing e-commerce company running a Shopify-based dropshipping brand. We are looking for a Backend Manager who can take ownership of our daily operations from day one. This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who already knows the systems, understands how a dropshipping business works, and can keep things running smoothly while we scale.
You will be the person we rely on to keep the backend organized, the customers happy, and the team on track.
What you will be doing

- Managing the backend of our Shopify store and keeping operations running smoothly
- Handling customer service through Reamaze and Zoho Mail
- Managing and monitoring our Google Merchant Center (GMC) accounts
- Negotiating with suppliers to get better pricing, shipping times, and terms
- Bringing down our chargeback ratio and keeping it low
- Leading and managing a team, with coordination through Slack
- Spotting problems early and coming with solutions, not just reporting issues

What we are looking for

- Solid experience with dropshipping and Shopify
- Hands-on experience with Reamaze, Zoho Mail, Slack, and Google Merchant Center
- Proven ability in supplier negotiations
- A track record of lowering chargeback ratios
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience managing a team
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and focuses on the solution instead of the stress
- A team player who thinks along with the business and wants to grow with us
-IQ of 115 or above (recent test required)
