BIM architect - CANADA

We are a design-build firm with full BIM integration based in Canada.

You will be in charge of full end-to-end BIM model creation.


Ideal candidate:

- Revit / BIM proficiency

- Licensed architect or engineer (civil / building)

- Canadian or US residential building experience (structural, MEP, ventilation, building envelope, etc.)

- Able to produce drawing sets accurately

- Strong ability to learn across disciplines


Bonus:

- Quantity surveyor / takeoff / estimate experience

- Civil engineering understanding


Work condition:

- Full time AST 8am - 4pm

- Stable high speed internet

- Relevant software installed


Compensation:

- 1 month probation

- Base $1200 CAD per month

- Each project pay $1000, expecting 3 - 5 projects per month

- Top notch candidates can make $ ---------- per month

1. North American Projects:

List residential projects you worked on in US or Canada. For each include:

Project location and year

Building type (single-family, duplex, multi-unit, etc.)

Your role (BIM modeler, architect, engineer)

Disciplines you handled (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.)


2. BIM Software:

List your proficiency level in Revit and other BIM software


3. License:

Upload copy of your architecture or engineering license (jurisdiction and license number visible)


4. Schedule Confirmation:

Type "YES I CAN COMMIT" if you can work AST 8am-4pm full-time (approximately 8pm-4am Manila time)


5. Cross-Disciplinary Experience:

Describe your experience working across multiple disciplines (structural, MEP, civil, etc.) in BIM. (2-3 sentences)


6. Links:

Provide Google Drive or Dropbox links to your resume and 2-3 examples of complete BIM models or drawing sets you've produced


7. Start Date:

How soon can you start if selected?
