About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our growing team. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone experienced in creating accurate BIM models and construction drawings for architectural, structural, or MEP projects.

You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and design teams to develop high-quality models and ensure project standards are met.

Responsibilities
Create and develop BIM models using Revit and other BIM software
Produce accurate construction documents, shop drawings, and detailed plans
Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models
Review and update drawings based on markups and revisions
Ensure models comply with project standards and US construction requirements
Assist with clash detection and model coordination
Organize and maintain project files and documentation
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and communicate project updates effectively
Requirements
Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Draftsman
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
Familiarity with US construction and drafting standards
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings
Good English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
Able to work full-time EST hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with architectural, structural, or MEP projects
Knowledge of BIM 360/Navisworks is a plus
Experience working with international clients is preferred
