BIM Drafter / CAD Operator / Interior Designer

We're currently looking for a BIM Drafter / CAD Operator / Interior Designer to join a growing team working on architectural and design projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in drafting, modeling, and design who enjoys bringing concepts to life through detailed drawings and visualizations.

Responsibilities:

Create and update BIM models and technical drawings
Produce accurate CAD documentation for projects
Assist with interior design layouts and design development
Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency
Prepare visual presentations and project renderings when needed

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture or a related field
Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
Strong attention to detail and design accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

This role is ideal for candidates with both technical drafting skills and an eye for design.
