About Us
We’re a U.S.-based 3D visualization company partnering with interior designers and design studios. We’re expanding rapidly and need an experienced cold-calling professional who knows how to effectively communicate with designers and sell them a specific service.

Role & Schedule
• Type: remote, full-time, or part-time,
• Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–14:00 US Eastern (approx. 21:00–02:00 PHT)
• Start: ASAP
Compensation
• Base: $700–$1,200/month (DOE)
• Bonuses: per qualified meeting + % on closed projects
• OTE: $1.8k–$3k/month after ramp (typical)
• Long-term role with growth path (Closer / Team Lead)
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls to interior designers/design studios in the U.S.
• Qualify needs (projects, timelines, budget, decision process) and sell them a specific service.
• Run concise value propositions and handle objections (price, timeline, quality).
• Log activities in CRM, keep pipeline updated, and follow up by phone/email/LinkedIn.
• Hit daily/weekly KPIs and continuously improve scripts.
KPIs You Own
• 90–120 dials/day, strong connect rate & talk time
• 2–5 sales/week after ramp
• Show rate & pipeline quality (notes, next steps, tags in CRM)
What You Need
• 2+ years outbound B2B sales experience selling to interior designers (required)
• Excellent English (clear, confident phone presence; neutral accent)
• Solid objection handling and discovery skills
• Tools: you’ve used a CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), dialer (Aircall/Twilio), spreadsheets,
• Tech: reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet 25+ Mbps, quiet workspace, USB headset
Nice-to-Haves
• Familiar with U.S. interior design workflow (FF&E, subs, bid/estimates, punch lists)
• Experience selling services (installation, finishing, trades) vs. only SaaS
• Apollo/ZoomInfo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator
