We are an early-stage cybersecurity startup looking for a detail-oriented VA to manage our weekly lead generation and enrichment pipeline. You will be sourcing senior security executive contacts (CISO, VP Security, Head of Security) at US-based fintech, payments, and financial services companies.
Your primary goal is to help us generate a consistent pipeline and book 4 qualified meetings per week with senior security executives (CISO, VP Security, Head of Security) at US-based fintech, payments, and financial services companies.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing & Enrichment: Build high-quality lists using
Deliverability & Quality Control: Ensure
Outreach & Engagement: Set up, monitor, and personalize outreach sequences using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or GoHighLevel.
CRM Management: Log notes, segment personas (CISO, VP Security, Head of Security), and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot.
Reporting: Drop weekly KPI stats into our Google Sheets tracking template every Monday.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with
Experience using HubSpot and
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
Target-driven mindset: Must be motivated by hitting the 4-meetings-per-week quota.

WAGE/SALARY
$700/month + Commission (Uncapped per booked meeting)
