JOB OVERVIEW

B2B Sales Representatives — International Accounts

We are a fragrance house growing internationally. We are building a small remote team to open and manage new B2B accounts worldwide: perfume boutiques, concept stores, luxury retailers, hotel groups, spas, distributors and premium gift buyers.
We are hiring several people for this role.

What you’ll do
You will own targeted boutiques from first contact to a happy, repeat client.

(1) Research and identify the right buyers, make contact, follow up, qualify, and bring the conversation to a paid order.
(2) Send them via our logistic platform discovery sets of our products.
(2) Negotiate with patience and discretion. Focusing on building trust, empathy, and affection for the brand.
We sell the way a luxury house sells: relationship first, no aggressive pressure, no reflexive discounting.
Every message reflects the brand.

(4) Build and maintain the relationship over time.
You are the client’s point of contact: responsive, reliable, and present well beyond the first order.
Client will be solicited for evaluating the quality of the relationship.

(5) Coordinate each delivery and follow it through.
Confirm fulfillment, track the shipment, and make sure the client receives everything correctly.

(6) Keep the CRM accurate, updated, and every account moving.

What we’re looking for

* Excellent written English.
* Strong commercial sense, expressed with tact rather than pressure.
* An understanding of how to conduct yourself with a luxury clientele: courtesy, patience, and respect for the client.
* Genuine organization and reliability. You follow guidelines precisely and you follow up without being asked.
* Comfort with CRM tools and Google Sheets.
* Care for the client after the sale, not only before it.
* Experience in sales, client service, B2B, sourcing, finance, operations, account coordination, or wholesale support.

Compensation
* Base: $5-8/hour, depending on experience, this role is focused heavily on commission by choice.

Commission
The commission is unusually high by choice as we want to make this extremely motivating.
(1) Commission: 30% of the net margin on every new B2B account you sourced and convert.
(2) Relationship quality commission: additional commission based of client review of the relationship.

For context, on the accounts you open:

Account size ? Your commission per order
Smaller account, around $7,500 ? around $675
Mid-sized account, around $14,000 ? around $1,260

Three mid-sized accounts in one month would represent approximately $3,780 in commission, on top of base pay.
A minimum of 2 new accounts per month is expected.

This role is built so that strong performers can earn well above a standard remote salary.
Commission is paid only on new accounts you sourced, after payment is received and the order is approved.
It is not paid on existing clients, inbound leads, taxes, shipping, refunds, unpaid invoices, or unapproved discounts.

This role can pay extremely well, but it is reserved for people who are precise, disciplined, brand-safe and consistent.
Very high upside comes with very high standards of quality.
