We are a web development agency based in Atlanta, GA (USA) looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us grow our client base. You will be responsible for finding and researching potential clients, keeping our CRM organized, and supporting our outreach efforts.
This is a long-term, part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time.
Your Responsibilities:
Research and build targeted lead lists of small businesses in the USA using
Find and verify decision-maker contact info (name,
Update and maintain our HubSpot CRM — add contacts, update deal stages, log all activity
Organize leads by industry, location, and business size in Google Sheets
Flag leads that are ready for outreach and prioritize warm prospects
Maintain and follow SOPs documented in Notion
Submit a daily summary report via Slack
Required Tools Experience:
Linkedin - Decision-maker research
Hubspot CRM - Pipeline & Contact Management
Google Sheets - lead Lists Organization
Google Workplace - Docs, Drive, Gmail
Slack - Daily Communication & Reporting
Loom - Async Video Updates
Notion - SOP and documentation management
Nice to Have:
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Familiarity with Google Maps for local business research
Previous experience supporting a digital or web development agency
You Are a Great Fit If You:
Have hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
Can build accurate, well-organized lead lists independently
Are highly detail-oriented with strong written English
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Are reliable, consistent, and proactive in communication
Hours: 20 hrs/week to start (flexible schedule, overlap with EST preferred)
Pay: $5–7/hr depending on experience
