We are hiring for a HR Tech company helping organizations hire A+ talent, the technology enables businesses to optimize hiring processes by matching candidates to roles based on capability, not just resumes. We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Specialist who can own, automate, and optimize lead-gen campaigns across multiple touchpoints. Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for generating high-intent B2B leads via multi-channel strategies while implementing AI tools and automation to scale efforts and reduce friction in the sales cycle. This role requires hands-on execution, technical setup, and creative messaging to attract HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders.
What You'll Be Doing:
Campaign Management & Automation
- Build custom lead generation funnels based on audience profiles, sales cycles, and market segmentation.
- Manage multiple
- Automate outreach to up to 500+ prospects per month, warming up to 2,000+
- Draft outreach messages, create sequences, clean data, and optimize technical setups for each campaign.
AI & Tools Implementation
- Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT,
- Integrate campaigns with Salesforce CRM for seamless lead capture and handoff to the sales team.
- Conduct A/B testing for creative assets on LinkedIn Ads and optimize based on performance insights.
B2B Marketing Initiatives
- Launch LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach campaigns targeting HR, TA, and Digital leaders.
- Manage Salesforce lead capture campaigns (e.g., offering downloadable whitepapers or reports to generate high-quality leads).
- Pitch and secure podcast appearances for leadership to drive brand visibility and thought leadership.
Content & Webinar Strategy
- Organize and promote webinars on workforce capability, hiring effectiveness, and talent assessment trends.
- Collaborate with the content team to revamp blogs, improve SEO, and publish articles on topics like Digital Skills, hiring trends, and workforce optimization.
- Reporting & Optimization
- Provide weekly reporting with insights, KPIs (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates), and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and optimize daily campaigns to consistently improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Give access to real-time campaign dashboards.
Experience We’d Love To See:
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation, ideally in SaaS or HRTech sectors.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and
- Solid understanding of AI/automation tools for prospecting and outreach (Apollo, Lemlist, or similar).
- Experience designing multi-step
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with a keen eye on testing, reporting, and optimizing.
