Part-Time | Remote | Recurring Role (20–25 Hours/Week)

About the Role:
We're a fast-growing marketing agency that helps B2B companies generate leads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing channels.

We're looking for a B2B CRO Specialist who lives and breathes lead generation funnels, landing page optimization, and conversion strategy. This is not an eCommerce or Shopify-focused CRO role. We're specifically looking for someone with experience optimizing B2B lead generation funnels that turn ad traffic into qualified meetings and sales opportunities.

You'll be responsible for continuously improving conversion rates across our clients' campaigns by testing, analyzing, and building high-performing funnel experiences.

What You'll Do:
- Optimize B2B landing pages and lead generation funnels
- Increase conversion rates from ad traffic to:
>Form submissions
>Qualified leads
>Booked meetings
- Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks
- Design and execute A/B tests
- Develop and test different funnel types, including:
>Lead capture funnels
>Appointment booking funnels
>VSL (Video Sales Letter) funnels
>Multi-step qualification funnels
- Improve lead quality through better qualification processes
- Review and optimize user journeys from ad click to booked meeting
- Create landing page copy and conversion-focused messaging
- Develop VSL concepts, scripts, and conversion strategies
- Work closely with our team to request assets needed for testing and implementation
- Proactively bring new ideas, experiments, and funnel concepts to the table

Required Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B Conversion Rate Optimization
- Experience optimizing funnels for:
>Marketing agencies
>Lead generation businesses
>SaaS companies
>Professional services
>Other B2B organizations
- Strong understanding of:
>Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
>Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
>Lead scoring and qualification
>Appointment-setting funnels
- Experience running and interpreting A/B tests
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with landing page copywriting and conversion messaging

Bonus Points:
- Experience creating or scripting VSL funnels
- Experience with tools such as:
>Google Analytics
>Hotjar
>Microsoft Clarity
>Google Tag Manager
>Landing page builders (Unbounce, Leadpages, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Experience working within a marketing agency environment
- Understanding of paid traffic from Google Ads and Meta Ads
