B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Remote

We’re hiring a reliable and motivated B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help generate qualified appointments for a growing U.S.-based IT, security, and communications services company.

The role:
You’ll work from home during U.S. business hours, calling small and mid-sized businesses to introduce our services, qualify interest, and book appointments for the sales team.

You’ll be provided with a lead list, dialer, scripts, CRM access, and coaching to help you improve and succeed.

A typical day includes:
•? ?Making 60–100+ outbound calls
•? ?Logging every call and outcome in the CRM
•? ?Booking appointments and setting callbacks
•? ?Sending short follow-ups by email or text
•? ?Reporting daily call and appointment numbers

What you’ll do:
•? ?Call businesses from a provided lead list
•? ?Get past gatekeepers and reach owners or decision-makers
•? ?Present services at a high level
•? ?Qualify needs and book appointments
•? ?Hand warm opportunities to the sales team
•? ?Log all notes, dispositions, and follow-ups in the CRM
•? ?Meet daily dial and appointment targets

What we’re looking for:
•? ?Proven B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting experience
•? ?Experience calling U.S. prospects
•? ?Clear, confident English communication
•? ?Comfortable speaking on the phone all day
•? ?Persistent, coachable, and organized
•? ?Able to work independently from home
•? ?Comfortable using a CRM and dialer

Schedule:
Full-time, U.S. Eastern business hours, roughly 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET. This is evening/overnight in the Philippines. Consistent attendance during U.S. hours is required.

Compensation:
Competitive base pay plus commission/bonus for qualified appointments and closed deals. Paid biweekly.
