Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with lead information and progress
Follow up with prospects through
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies
Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and knowledge
Learn and adopt best practices for sales and business development
Requirements:
Previous cold calling experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong desire to learn and grow within the field of business development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with using CRM software and other sales tools
Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
