JOB OVERVIEW

Position: B2B Appointment Setter (Remote)

Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Australian Time Zones)

Payment: Weekly

On Target Earnings: AUD $1, ---------- Per Month/PHP 50K-90K

Base Salary: AUD $6-10 Per Hour, 8 Hours Per Day, 5 Days Per Week

Employment Status: Hired as independent contractor

Work Setup: Remote/Home-based office required (laptop/PC, headset, reliable internet, and backup generator)

Additional: Tier increases, promotion and growth opportunities available

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our remote team. You'll be responsible to work for us and our clients to generate leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments. Ideal candidates will have strong B2B cold calling, email marketing and LinkedIn experience and a proven sales track record. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound B2B cold calls
Engage prospects via email and LinkedIn
Create and manage targeted prospect lists
Qualify leads and book appointments
Maintain accurate call and lead records
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
Manage existing client relationships
Collaborate closely with sales teams

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven B2B cold calling experience
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
Proven sales track record
Resilience and motivation in the face of rejection
Flexibility to work day/evening shifts
