The Job Overview

We are looking for appointment-setting specialists who will be responsible for setting appointments for our sales team.

Appointment setters will be responsible for gathering/generating leads, identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling consultations for our senior consultants via telephone, or in person ( in person must be qualified by leadership) If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate services to prospects. Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment*

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of sales/appointment setter experience in a B2B setting.
Exhibit excellent communication skills
Must be able to work independently using G-Suite
Ability to multitask
Ability to work full-time - 9 hours each day, 5 days per week (8 am - 6 pm Pacific Standard Time)
A positive attitude
A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
Experience and willingness to work in a team environment
Excellent organization skills
120 calls per day required
Familiar with RingCentral or similar phone system
Have a conducive work environment, noise cancellation headset, and working laptop/desktop
Good and stable internet connection

Base salary weekly: 10,500 PHP per week + Commissions
