We are looking for a proactive and fast-learning Process Automation Specialist with a background in IT.

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain workflows that boost efficiency, improve CRM systems, and ensure smooth data flow across different platforms. If you enjoy problem-solving and want to make a meaningful impact on day-to-day operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Automation and Workflow Design
Create and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier and Make.com
Identify manual tasks that can be streamlined for a more efficient work environment

- CRM Management
Configure and maintain CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Close, or GoHighLevel
Use automation to enhance customer relationships and team productivity

- API Integration
Build and manage API-based integrations to connect multiple systems
Troubleshoot issues and maintain reliable data flow

- Data Organization and Reporting
Design and manage structured databases using Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Develop KPI dashboards for clear, data-driven insights

- Documentation and SOP Development
Create clear processes, guides, and checklists
Make it easy for team members to adopt new systems and maintain best practices

A problem solver who tackles issues with creative, practical solutions
Someone with basic awareness of good database design and implementation principles
Good communication skills for explaining technical concepts and providing helpful documentation
Attention to detail and thoroughness in managing data and workflows
