Who we are
We're a growth-ops agency for online coaches + consultants doing
$20K–$200K/mo. We build the entire backend that turns their offer
into a system: GHL automations, Zapier chains, Notion hubs, ----------
bots, dashboards, and per-client deploys that actually work in
production.

We're growing fast and our backend is the product. We need someone
who's genuinely cracked at making automation systems run cleanly +
who treats every client deploy like their own.

What you'll do day-to-day
- Build and maintain GHL workflows, snapshots, custom values, custom
fields across multiple sub-accounts
- Build Zapier chains (paths, filters, code steps, webhooks) that
link GHL ? Sheets ? Slack ? ---------- ? custom dashboards
- Run per-client deploys from snapshot to live in 1–2 days
- Use Claude Code daily to ship faster — we are a Claude-first shop
- Keep ClickUp boards updated as the central ops view
- Own the Notion client-facing hubs (project trackers, brand sheets,
SOPs)
- Triage zap errors + automation breakages — fast
- Document everything as we go (SOPs, deploy runbooks, lessons logs)
- Work directly with me daily — Slack, Loom, screen-share

What you need to be good at
- Claude Code — daily use, comfortable with subagents, skills, MCP
servers, hooks, terminal-first workflow. This is non-negotiable.
- GoHighLevel — workflows, snapshots, CFs/CVs, pipelines, forms,
triggers
- Zapier — multi-step Zaps, paths, filters, webhooks
- ClickUp — spaces, folders, lists, custom fields, automations
- Notion — page architecture, databases, syncing, public sharing
- ---------- — server admin, role/permission setup, webhook integration
- Slack — workspace admin, channel architecture, integrations
- Google Sheets — formulas, IMPORTRANGE, light Apps Script
- FLUENT English (written + spoken) — you'll be on client calls and
writing client-facing copy. Non-negotiable.

What we're looking for in a person
- Operator energy — you actually like building systems
- "Do it now" speed — when something breaks, you fix it same day
- Ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Communication — clear, direct, no fluff
- Detail obsessed — you spot the broken merge tag before it hits
production

What we're NOT looking for
- Tutorial-followers who can't troubleshoot
- People who need step-by-step instructions for every task
- Side-hustlers — this is full-time, in-house
- "Tech bro" energy or AI buzzword talk
- Anyone who's never used Claude Code

Hardware requirements
- Fast computer (M-series Mac or equivalent — M2 Pro / M3 / M4 ideal)
- Stable high-speed internet (100+ Mbps minimum)
- Multi-monitor setup preferred
- Clean audio + camera for daily calls

If your machine is slow you'll hate this job and we'll hate working
with you. Claude Code + 4 browser tabs + GHL + Zapier + Notion all
running at once is the floor, not the ceiling.

Compensation
$800 /mo full-time.
Performance bonuses on per-client deploy speed + zero-error-streaks.
Long-term equity path for the right person.

Logistics
- Full-time (40+ hrs/wk)
- Remote, but 4hr overlap with US Eastern required
- Reports directly to Nick
- Start date: ASAP
