Zoho Automation Specialist (Full-Time | UK Hours | Work with Development Team)

About Us

The Beauté Group is a fast-growing UK-based aesthetics, wellness and technology company. We operate across multiple brands including clinics, device manufacturing, education platforms and digital health solutions.

As we scale, we are building a fully integrated backend system to support lead generation, sales, customer journeys and automation across the group.

We are now looking for a high-level Zoho Automation Specialist to take ownership of this system and work alongside our internal team and web developers.

The Role

This is a technical and strategic position, not a basic admin role.

You will be responsible for building, structuring and optimising our Zoho ecosystem to support a scalable, multi-brand sales infrastructure.

You must be confident working with both non-technical tea ---------- mbers and developers, ensuring all systems communicate effectively and data flows correctly across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Build and optimise workflows within Zoho CRM (Leads, Contacts, Deals, Custom Modules)
Create automation rules for lead tagging, segmentation and pipeline progression
Structure and implement email journeys using Zoho Campaigns
Develop lead scoring systems based on user behaviour and engagement
Map and optimise the full customer journey (Lead ? Nurture ? Close ? Aftercare)
Integrate website forms, landing pages and booking systems into Zoho CRM
Work closely with the web development team to:
Ensure accurate data capture and transfer
Support API integrations and system connections
Prevent duplication, data loss or trigger conflicts
Connect external platforms (WhatsApp, SMS, landing pages, booking tools) via Zoho Flow
Test, troubleshoot and continuously improve automation performance
Provide structured daily updates on progress and system improvements
Requirements (Essential)
Proven, hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (advanced level)
Strong experience using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Flow
Experience working alongside web developers and handling integrations/APIs
Ability to think in systems, automation logic and customer journeys
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Clear and confident communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Working Hours & Structure
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm (UK Time)
Daily reporting is required
Long-term opportunity with ongoing system development
Payment Structure
Payment is made bi-weekly (every two weeks)
Payments are based on work completed and delivered within that period
Clear deliverables and expectations will be agreed in advance
