Job Description:
I’m looking for someone with strong technical skills to review our business workflows and identify opportunities for automation. You’ll map processes, suggest improvements, and use tools like Zapier or Make to connect systems and reduce manual work. This role could be part-time or project-based to start, with the potential for ongoing work as our systems grow.
Responsibilities:
- Map and document business workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Implement automations using tools such as Zapier or Make
- Connect systems for smoother data flow between platforms
- Monitor, test, and refine automations for accuracy and reliability
- Work with other tea
- Suggest and implement new tools or systems where relevant
Requirements:
- Experience designing and building automations with Zapier, Make, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of workflow design and process mapping
- Ability to learn and connect different platforms
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
