Automation & Web Systems Specialist (Make.com + WordPress) – Full-Time, EST Hours

We’re hiring a skilled and reliable technical VA to help us build and automate our systems and websites. You’ll work directly with the business owner of a U.S.-based company to:

Create and maintain ---------- (Integromat) automations

Build and manage WordPress websites (using Elementor or Divi)

Set up task workflows and work orders in ClickUp

Support CRM automations and integrations (Go High Level, Wave, Google Workspace)

Troubleshoot issues across our tools and create clear documentation (SOPs)

Work with clear daily guidance, and attend check-in calls during U.S. Eastern business hours

Required Skills:
? Expert in ---------- (Integromat)
? Experience with WordPress website creation & management (Elementor/Divi preferred)
? Strong knowledge of ClickUp (tasks, templates, dashboards)
? Familiarity with Go High Level (CRM, workflows, forms)
? Good written and spoken English
? Comfortable working Monday–Friday, 9AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time (night shift PH time)

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
? Understanding of JSON, API/Webhook setup
? Wave Accounting or similar finance tool integration
? Familiarity with Google Sheets automation
? Website speed or security optimization experience
