Automation Specialist (n8n & Claude Code)

We are looking for a proactive Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our automated communication platform with proven experience in n8n and Claude Code. You will integrate digital content generation tools and maintain our system workflows. If you are a resourceful, independent thinker who loves using advanced software tools to drive efficiency, this role is for you.

Must-Haves
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining workflows in n8n.
- High proficiency using Claude Code (or similar tools like Cursor) to generate and manage code via advanced prompting.
- Ability to configure and write "Skills" within an AI-assisted development framework.
- Strong resourcefulness using low-code tools to solve problems independently.
- Fluent professional English (written and verbal).
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to take complete ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities
- Build, troubleshoot, and optimize operational workflows using n8n.
- Connect and deploy various content generation tools through a centralized file API.
- Maintain and update web interfaces using Claude Code.
- Analyze external digital content structures and replicate those automated features within our platform.
- Manage automated data flows that handle multilingual text smoothly.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement proactive technical solutions.

Plus to Have
- Experience working with the WhatsApp Business API or third-party gateways (like Green API).
- Experience using Google Sheets as a backend system for automation.
- A basic understanding of web development or programming logic.
