Automation Specialist – AI Workflows & claude code

**About the role**
We are building smart, automated systems for our business and need someone who can help design and maintain them. This is a long-term remote position. We want someone who grows with us.

No degree required. Skills and mindset matter more.

**What you will be doing**
- Building multi-step automated workflows using tools like ---------- , n8n, or Zapier
- Integrating different tools and platforms via APIs and webhooks
- Using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to automate content, research, and communication tasks
- Documenting the systems you build so they are easy to maintain
- Proactively suggesting improvements when you see something that can be done smarter

**What we are looking for**
- Hands-on experience with Claude code
- Ability to think in processes — breaking a task into logical steps
- Comfortable with basic concepts like webhooks, APIs, and JSON (you don't need to code, but you need to understand how data flows)
- Proactive problem-solver who does not wait to be told what to do
- Good written English
- Stable internet and consistent availability

**What we offer**
- Full-time, long-term role (minimum 1 year commitment expected on both sides)
- Base rate of $4 per hour
