AccSeller8 is a fast-growing UK-based startup helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) supercharge their sales and customer experience using AI Voice Appointment Setters and Sales Assistants. We work with tools like Retell AI, Upgrade to see actual info, and multiple CRM platforms to build powerful, automated voice workflows that deliver results.

Who We're Looking For
We're on the hunt for an Automation & Integration Expert with solid hands-on experience using Upgrade to see actual info. You’ll help us build, scale, and optimize automation workflows that connect voice platforms and CRMs, while also creating outbound and inbound voice call automations, appointment reminders, and triggered follow-ups via SMS and email.

This is a high-impact, long-term role with the opportunity to grow into a core teaUpgrade to see actual infomber within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage advanced workflows in Upgrade to see actual info

Develop integrations with CRM systems using webhooks and APIs

Set up inbound and outbound voice call automations using Retell AI or similar platforms

Build workflows using Google Sheets or directly within CRM systems

Create appointment reminder automations (email/SMS/voice)

Develop SMS and email triggers tied to lead and contact activities

Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows

Collaborate with the team to continually improve sales and service automation processes

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience with Upgrade to see actual info (Integromat)

Strong knowledge of webhook and API integrations

Experience working with AI voice platforms (e.g., Retell AI, Vapi, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to build and manage CRM automations

Proven experience creating automated SMS, email, and voice call workflows

Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRMs, and Upgrade to see actual info integrations

A proactive, self-driven team player with excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
