Automation Expert - Make.com / Custom APIs

We are an Australian retail business seeking a skilled Automation Expert to streamline workflows and integrate systems to improve efficiency. This is a remote role for candidates based in the Philippines.

What You’ll Do
Automate workflows for product management, approvals, and updates.
Integrate systems and APIs to streamline data flow and reduce manual work.
Develop dashboards and tools to improve reporting and visibility.
Troubleshoot and refine automations for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, or custom scripts.
Strong knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Clear communication and the ability to work independently.
