The Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows that streamline lead generation, nurturing, and qualification processes. Leveraging AI-driven tools, marketing automation platforms, and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, SmartSuite, Zapier, Make), you will reduce manual workloads, improve operational efficiency, and help scale the organization to meet strategic revenue goals. This role will also champion ethical AI standards, data security practices, and provide ongoing training to ensure organization-wide adoption of automation and AI tools.
Serving as the AI subject matter expert, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training, create SOPs, and drive the adoption of best-in-class AI tools. You maintain comprehensive documentation, audit processes for quality assurance, and track subscriptions and costs. Finally, by measuring key performance metrics, you continually identify improvements to maximize ROI and keep all systems performing at their best.
