Automation Engineer (Pipedream + Supabase + OpenAI Responses API + GoHighLevel)

The architecture is defined. Your job is to implement the system end to end, wire all integrations, test, deploy, and stabilize it in production. This must be built directly by you and not delegated to AI agent builder tools.

Scope to build
1 Supabase data foundation
Create and document Supabase tables for signals intake scoring response options lead promotion quote and pre call outputs outcomes prompts versioning fulfillment routing commission tracking and system logs. Implement prompt versioning in Supabase so prompts can be updated without editing Pipedream code.

2 Venice Intelligence Hub signal pipeline
Build a signal discovery pipeline that collects public demand signals from Facebook and ---------- using search based discovery and public page fetch. Store all signals in Supabase, deduplicate them, score them using OpenAI Responses API structured output, generate response options, and surface them in a simple operator view. The system must support View Source Copy Reply and Promote to GHL after a human decision.

3 Unified Quote plus Pre Call Engine
On a GoHighLevel trigger tag pipeline stage or manual action, Pipedream pulls lead data from GHL and plan reference data from Supabase then calls OpenAI Responses API one time to generate a structured quote prep plus pre call brief. Write outputs back to Supabase and to GHL custom fields and notes.

4 Fulfillment launcher and outcome logging
Build a routing map in Supabase that tells Jill which enrollment tool to use for submission such as Sunfire Connecture HealthSherpa Integrity Connect or carrier portals. Create a simple outcome logging flow that records carrier plan effective date confirmation ID and writes results to Supabase and updates GHL.

5 Commission and channel aware layer
Implement Tidewater first routing and Pinnacle fallback logic. Create expected vs paid commission tables and reconciliation reporting. Implement a single intake pipeline for commission statements and store transactions in Supabase with reconciliation flags.

Rules and constraints
No autonomous posting or messaging on social media. No login automation into personal Facebook or ---------- accounts. The system should support discovery and operator assisted engagement only. No autonomous browser agents as runtime. No reliance on Manus or similar AI agent builder products. Do not use Manus to build or run any part of this system. All work must be implemented directly by the developer using the stated stack.

Requirements
Strong API and webhook experience
Pipedream experience preferred or equivalent automation platform experience
Supabase or Postgres experience
OpenAI API integration experience especially structured outputs
GoHighLevel experience is a plus
Node.js and JSON handling required
Ability to implement retries logging and error alerts

Supabase schema created and documented
Pipedream workflows created and documented
GHL triggers and custom fields mapping documented
End to end test showing a signal can be collected scored and displayed and a lead can be promoted to GHL
End to end test showing unified quote plus pre call engine writes back to GHL
Fulfillment routing and outcome logging working
Commission routing and reconciliation tables working
Short Loom videos for each major component plus a final walkthrough

Stabilization commitment required
After deployment you must remain available for 1 to 2 weeks to monitor and fix issues. This includes quick response to bugs minor adjustments and ensuring the system runs reliably in production.

Time and engagement
Project based or hourly. Expected 60 to 120 hours for initial build depending on experience plus the 1 to 2 week stabilization period. Provide daily progress updates.
