**About Us: Storytime PODs is an innovative Australian company with a fast-growing team of 25 passionate individuals dedicated to creating engaging children’s books and digital products that educate and entertain kids worldwide. Our customers include libraries, hospitals, and schools, with key markets in Australia, the US, Canada, and the UK.

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Automation Business Analyst to work closely with and support our CEO, who also serves as the Head of Sales. This role involves leveraging automation tools to streamline sales, marketing, and finance activities. We’re seeking someone with automation experience, strong spreadsheet skills, excellent communication abilities (especially email), and a positive, can-do attitude.

** Key Responsibilities: As an Automation Business Analyst, you’ll focus on:
- Workflow Automation: Designing and building automated workflows using tools like Make.com, Zapier, and Airtable.
- Operational Support: Streamlining sales, marketing, and finance operations.
- Sales Performance: Supporting and streamlining sales and performance scorecards.
- Marketing Performance: Supporting and streamlining campaigns and reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Supporting and streamlining pricing and invoicing activities.

** Tools We Use: Our core business tools include Google Workspace Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Pipedrive (CRM), Mailchimp (marketing), and Xero (finance). Automation experience with tools such as Make.com, Zapier, and Airtable is highly valued.

** Role Details:
- Position Type: Full-time, initially for 6 months, with high potential for permanent employment.
- Location: Work remotely as part of our distributed team (that already includes 15 team members in the Philippines).
