Automation & AI Workflow Specialist

We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented Automation & AI Workflow Specialist to help us build simple, reliable systems that save time and improve our content and deal operations.

We need someone who can connect APIs, Google Sheets, Slack, AI tools, and automation platforms to create clean workflows for our team.

This role is not for someone who only wants to build complex apps. We need someone who can solve real business problems quickly, explain the process clearly, and document everything step by step.

Main Responsibilities:

* Connect APIs such as affiliate networks, deal feeds, and product data tools
* Build Google Sheets automations using Apps Script
* Create workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Pabbly
* Send automated alerts to Slack
* Use AI tools to summarize, score, translate, or organize deal/content data
* Build simple dashboards for tracking deals, commissions, clicks, and performance
* Document every automation clearly so non-technical tea ---------- mbers can understand it
* Explain technical steps to the CEO in simple language

First Projects:

* Pull hot deals from an affiliate API into Google Sheets
* Remove duplicate deals automatically
* Score deals using AI based on brand, discount, audience fit, and value
* Send the best deals to Slack for editor review
* Build a simple workflow for editors to approve, skip, or save deals
* Create documentation showing how the system works step by step

Required Skills:

* Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, headers, and authentication
* Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
* Automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Pabbly
* Basic JavaScript or Node.js
* Slack webhooks or Slack automation
* Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for workflow automation
* Clear written English
* Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have:

* Affiliate marketing experience
* E-commerce or deal website experience
* Amazon affiliate, Keepa, or product data experience
* WordPress or CMS automation experience
* Supabase or Airtable experience
* Basic Python
