JOB OVERVIEW

We’re building a tech-enabled psychometric assessment for startup founders and need a skilled automation engineer to connect our tools (Typeform, VideoAsk, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, plus other tools TBD) and map AI-generated text, scores, and logic to scoring responses and generating reports.

You’ll:

- Set up Airtable to receive structured data and video links from Typeform, VideoAsk, and other data sources such as AI or Google Sheets.
- Use Zapier or Make.com to automate workflows between tools
- Develop AI-powered scripts (OpenAI or similar) to evaluate text answers and return rubric-based scores
- Output scores and summaries into Airtable or Google Docs/PDF reports
- Apply best practices for backups, data security, and other common concerns
- Help foresee, troubleshoot, and generate workarounds for potential back-end problems to scaling our assessment

**Ideal Skills:**

- Airtable schema design and mapping
- Zapier automation
- Typeform & VideoAsk API familiarity
- Python or JavaScript for API scripting
- Experience with OpenAI or similar LLM tools

**Deliverables:**

- Fully automated, testable workflow
- Example run with dummy founder data
- Scoring logic validated with rubric
- Clear documentation of the system

Start date: ASAP

Estimated time: 40-80 hours for Phase 1

Possibility of continuing into Phase 2, TBD.
