Australian Accounting Firm Administration

We are an Australian based accounting firm that has 40 staff.

We are looking for someone to join our team which will complete the following tasks:

1. Managing database in XPM
2. Setting up new companies issuing Now Infinity
3. Manage ASIC annual statements
4. Assist in making changes to database
5. Filing of electronic documents
6. Other administrative tasks
7. Assist our SMSF team in filing documents

To apply you MUST have at least 4 years experience working for an Australian Accounting firm that uses the software XPM (Xero) and Now Infinity, further you must have at least have 4 years experience in the tasks listed above
