Associate Power BI Developer

*Job Summary:*
This role involves supporting updates to existing Power BI reports, performing first-level data validation, and assisting with report maintenance. The candidate should have a solid understanding of how to add or update features and metrics in existing Power BI reports while following best data modeling practices.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop, update, and maintain existing Power BI reports and dashboards
- Map and integrate new data sources (Excel, BigQuery, SQL database tables, files, and Google Sheets)
- Support report refresh schedules and report failures
- Track tasks, updates, and changes using Teamwork or similar task management tools
- Perform basic data reconciliation and validation checks
- Maintain report structure, naming conventions, and layout consistency
- Perform first-level checks on issues and bugs

*Feature Additions & Enhancements:*
- Add new visuals, tables, charts, slicers, and filters
- Add buttons, bookmarks, and basic navigation improvements
- Apply formatting, labels, tooltips, and interactions correctly
- Update existing visuals based on new requirements
- Test calculations to ensure accurate results across all filters and views

*Required Skills:*
- Power BI (reports, dashboards, visuals)
- Basic SQL
- DAX fundamentals
- Excel (data preparation and validation)

*Good to Have:*
- Experience with BigQuery
- Basic knowledge of data analytics and performance optimization

*Additional Details:*
- Must include portfolio of at least 2 previous projects
