We’re currently looking for an Associate Account Manager to support client campaigns and help keep outbound operations running efficiently.
About the Role
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in outbound sales operations, client coordination, and campaign management.
We are open to hiring fresh graduates, especially those with backgrounds in:
- Software Engineering
- Software Development
- Related technical or analytical fields
The role involves working with modern sales tools, AI platforms, automation workflows, and outbound systems.
You’ll work alongside experienced Account Managers and gain valuable exposure to how outbound campaigns are built, optimized, and managed behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with outbound campaign setup and execution
- Help organize targeting lists, messaging, and campaign assets
- Support script creation and follow-up messaging improvements
- Participate in onboarding and recurring client meetings
- Document action items, campaign notes, and operational updates
- Maintain organized client documentation and messaging frameworks
- Create and configure BDR Gmail accounts for new clients
- Set up and manage Calendly accounts and scheduling links for clients
- Coordinate with BDRs and internal teams to keep campaigns aligned
- Track campaign metrics including meetings booked and attendance rates
- Help prepare reports and client-facing updates
- Utilize AI tools for research, writing, and operational efficiency
- Assist with troubleshooting tools such as HubSpot, Nooks, and similar platforms
- Provide day-to-day support for the Account Management team
